Project Scheduler

Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Bremen is looking for a project scheduler (m/f/d), full-time with a permanent contract, to handle integrated scheduling for complex programmes using MS Project Professional.

• Create and maintain a level-appropriate, transparent and integrated schedule in MS Project Professional
• Integrate and synchronise scheduling between national and international Rheinmetall companies, subcontractors and internal trades
• Develop the critical path, key milestones and scenarios for schedule optimisation in a highly complex and agile programme environment
• Continuously update all project plans in close cooperation with the engineering, purchasing and production departments
• Manage baselining and change management of the schedule in line with budgets, costs, EVM and contract changes
• Act as interface and direct contact for Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Build meaningful planning reports and report directly to the programme manager as a basis for management decisions

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in integrated scheduling of complex large projects and in project management
• Solid knowledge of MS Project Professional or comparable tools for distributed scheduling
• Very good English and German skills, spoken and written, for international collaboration
• Analytical thinking combined with the ability to work goal-oriented and independently in a team, even when planning is uncertain
• Willingness to make occasional business trips worldwide
