What You'll Learn
- Support in integrating new companies and sites into the existing integrated management system
- Internal auditor – planning, conducting, documenting and following up on internal systems within the Business Unit Direct Fire (focus on ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 – experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001)
- Preparation, planning, support and follow-up of external IMS audits
- Creation, revision and standardization of processes and documents within the document control software ConSense (process manager)
- Conducting training on IMS, process management, audits, QM methods & tools, etc.
- Advising and supporting process owners (m/f/d) in meeting standard requirements and in designing business processes and associated documents
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree, e.g. as an industrial engineer (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Initial experience with document control software (e.g. ConSense) desirable
- Good practical knowledge and experience in quality management systems and their implementation
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Moderation skills with willingness to compromise and appropriate assertiveness
- Regular willingness to travel within Europe
