Specialist Treasury Back Office

Pierburg GmbH (Rheinmetall) is looking for a Specialist Treasury Back Office, full-time with a permanent contract. The role settles and controls treasury transactions. The vacancy can be filled in either Neuss or Neckarsulm.

• Processing and control of treasury transactions, especially money market, foreign exchange and financing transactions.
• Timely confirmation, documentation and settlement of concluded financial transactions.
• Reconciliation of accounts, positions and treasury transactions and clarification of possible differences.
• Control and monitoring of national and international payment transactions and ensuring timely execution of payments.
• Control of payment runs and payment files and handling of possible errors and returns.
• Monitoring our bank accounts and supporting daily liquidity management.
• Monitoring maturities, interest and repayment payments and other contractual obligations.
• Support in managing loans, credit lines, guarantees and other financing instruments.
• Maintenance of relevant master and transaction data in our treasury and ERP systems.
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual closings and to internal and external audits.
• Creating reports and analyses and ensuring high data quality within treasury.
• Support in further developing and standardizing our treasury processes and internal control mechanisms.

• Completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, banking or a comparable commercial training with additional qualification.
• Ideally professional experience in treasury, finance, banking or the processing of financial transactions.
• Experience using the relevant tools: MotorCAD, Ansys Maxwell, smartFEM
• Good understanding of financial contexts and treasury products.
• Experience with ERP and treasury management systems or a high affinity for systems.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working with high quality standards.
• Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written.
