Specialist US-(Re-)Export Control Law

• Execution and monitoring of activities within the framework of legal provisions of US-(Re-)Export Control Law (ITAR/EAR)
• Initiation and pursuit of export control licensing procedures (Technical Assistant Agreements, Manufacturing Licenses, General Correspondence, Commodity Jurisdiction), as well as coordination of alignments with US authorities and US manufacturers
• Advising and monitoring internal departments on legal matters of US-(Re-)Export Control Law
• Identification of goods with ITAR/EAR relevance
• Conducting training and advising projects and employees on US-(Re-)Export Control Law
• Participation in monitoring and further development of processes and guidelines
• Cooperation and coordination with US licensing authorities

• Completed university degree in business administration, law, or a comparable field, or a comparable completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Very good English skills in written and spoken form
• Profound knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Experience in classification of US goods
• Team and communication skills combined with assertiveness
• High resilience and flexibility
• Independent and structured way of working with high implementation competence
