System Specialist Document Management

• Technical administration of the Document Management System: recording, analysis, and implementation of departmental requirements
• Implementation of authorization concepts and construction of workflows
• Control of external service providers for the implementation of extensive customizations
• Testing and acceptance of new functionalities and implementations
• Active project work in introduction and migration projects in the area of document management
• System administration - ensuring operation through monitoring & monitoring, log file analysis, and maintenance activities
• Performing updates of system components
• Integration of new interfaces
• Processing of incidents and service requests in a service context

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science (or a comparable course of study) or completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with professional experience
• Several years of experience in the operation of document management / ECM systems, as well as Doxis
• Experience in the area of customizing / scripting as well as requirements analysis in an enterprise environment
• Experience in IT operations according to ITIL
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Industry experience in the defence sector an advantage
