Systems Engineering with Focus on Requirements Management

Implementation and project-specific further development of requirements management according to systems engineering principles in ongoing shipbuilding projects Support of the requirements lifecycle from the initial customer idea through coordination with suppliers to the creation of clear, traceable specifications Coordination, documentation and tracking of requirements in exchange with customers, project teams and external partners Continuous optimization and further development of requirements management and systems engineering processes based on practical project experience Planning and moderation of workshops with project teams, customers and suppliers to jointly develop and align goals, requirements and solution approaches Coordination at the interfaces between technology, IT and project management as well as ensuring transparency and structured project processes

• Implementation and project-specific further development of requirements management according to systems engineering principles in ongoing shipbuilding projects
• Support of the requirements lifecycle from the initial customer idea through coordination with suppliers to the creation of clear, traceable specifications
• Coordination, documentation and tracking of requirements in exchange with customers, project teams and external partners
• Continuous optimization and further development of requirements management and systems engineering processes based on practical project experience
• Planning and moderation of workshops with project teams, customers and suppliers to jointly develop and align goals, requirements and solution approaches
• Coordination at the interfaces between technology, IT and project management as well as ensuring transparency and structured project processes

• Completed university degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience in requirements management, ideally in the context of IBM Rational DOORS and/or IBM DOORS NG and the associated Jazz platform
• Basic knowledge of systems engineering and project management is desirable
• Interdisciplinary process understanding and desire to rethink and optimize processes
• High IT affinity and basic programming skills
• Team-oriented, curious and communicative personality who approaches tasks creatively and solution-oriented with their committed work style
• Willingness to undergo extended security clearance (Ü2)
