Team Coordinator - Security Design

Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH is looking for a full-time Team Coordinator Security Design with a permanent contract. The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen and Neckarsulm.

• Further developing and providing professional leadership of the IT Security Design team, allocating resources and prioritizing key initiatives
• Managing, integrating and monitoring external service providers in the security design area
• Ensuring the design and development of new company-wide IT security concepts and contributing to the design of blueprints
• Ensuring consistent review of non-standardized architectures for design-relevant IT security risks and developing measures to reduce risk and comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Contributing to the definition of service levels (SLA/KPI), ensuring compliance and continuously improving service quality
• Close cooperation with related functions (e.g. service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk management, information security, data protection, compliance) to integrate security design into the overall service lifecycle

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in security design in complex, regulated or global enterprise environments
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards such as IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001.
• Strong experience leading technical teams as well as strategic and personal change support
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in prioritizing and coordinating activities
