About this Apprenticeship
Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH in Oberndorf is looking for a Turning Machinist (m/f/d) for a full-time position limited to 2 years in a 2-shift system.
What You'll Learn
- Determine and define machining parameters (e.g. turning) for workpieces
- Set up CNC machining machines
- Load and unload machines using lifting equipment if necessary and monitor work processes
- Perform minor maintenance work
- Ensure quality by checking dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness of workpieces, perform rework if necessary
Requirements
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent
- First professional experience in CNC turning desirable
- Knowledge of CNC machine control, e.g. Siemens and Heidenhain
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Independent and responsible working style as well as strong team skills
