What You'll Learn
- Assistance with basic and treatment care within the scope of learned skills as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Assistance with movement/mobilization of patients
- General supportive activities, e.g. assistance with food intake or recording of vital signs
- Transport of laboratory samples and other activities to support nursing staff on the ward
- Service tasks on the ward in the patient proximity area
Requirements
- Completed training as a health and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- High level of patient orientation
- Sound professional knowledge
- Independent and solution-oriented work
- High social competence and empathy
- Willingness to collaborate with other professional groups
- Communication and team skills
- Commitment and flexibility
