Bosch Rexroth AG offers a dual study program in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) in cooperation with Ulm University of Applied Sciences. The program lasts 3.5 years and covers fundamentals in mathematics, mechanics, electrical engineering, design, and business administration. Practical phases in technical sales, application engineering, product management, and quotation calculation.
What You'll Learn
- Studies at Ulm University of Applied Sciences with fundamentals in mathematics, mechanics, electrical engineering and design
- Supplementary content on business administration, calculation and technical customer management
- Practical phases with insights into: Technical sales (inside and outside sales), application engineering and customer consulting, product management and quotation calculation, interface between customer, development and production
- Participation in the development of technical solutions for customer requirements
- Support with quotations, presentations and projects
- Use of digital tools for design, simulation and customer support
- Bachelor's thesis with direct reference to real customer projects
Requirements
- General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
- Interest in technical products and dealing with customers
- Good grades in mathematics, physics and ideally economics
- Understanding of technical contexts and economic issues
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
