Junior Managers Program (Trainee) - Start Your Leadership Journey in R&D

The Junior Managers Program is a 12-24 month trainee program for master's graduates in research and development. You rotate through various areas in Germany and worldwide, take on responsibility for challenging work packages from the start, and are mentored by a senior leader. Focus areas are Hardware & Systems Engineering and Software, IoT & Smart Systems.

• Become part of R&D organization and rotate through various areas
• Take responsibility for challenging work packages from the start
• Shape hardware value chain for automotive control units or software, IoT, and system developments for smart home
• Coordinate interdisciplinary and international teams
• Manage interfaces to manufacturing, purchasing, software, and customers
• Lead complex technological projects agilely

• Very well completed full-time master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology, embedded systems, vehicle technology, semiconductor technology, physics, computer science, software systems engineering, data engineering, mathematics, business informatics, or comparable
• Enthusiasm for mechatronic and digital systems
• Analytical thinking and coordination of functional interfaces
• People-centered leadership competence with emotional intelligence and empathy
• Strategic thinking and derivation of technical KPIs and R&D roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills for innovative solution concepts (Matlab, Python, C)
• Continuous development and growth mindset
• Negotiation-proficient English skills and German language (or willingness to build up quickly)
• At least three months of international experience
