Junior Managers Program (Trainee) - Start Your Leadership Journey in Mobility Sales

The Junior Managers Program prepares graduates with master's degrees and an interest in sales for leadership roles in the mobility sector. Over 12 to 24 months, participants rotate through sales departments in Germany and abroad, understand customer needs, develop solutions and win orders. This is a permanent, full time position with a start date agreed individually.

• Rotate through sales departments in Germany and abroad, learning how innovative products, software and services are successfully introduced to the mobility market. Understand customers, develop solutions and win orders.
• Persuade, negotiate and influence decisions. Work closely with customers, contribute your own ideas and see how your work drives business success.
• Learn how sales in the mobility sector works, from the first customer idea to closing a deal.
• Actively shape customer projects, develop sales strategies and take part in negotiations that make a real difference.
• Work with international customers, teams from different disciplines and your personal mentor to develop into a future sales leader.

• You have completed an outstanding full time master's degree, for example in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics, and have a strong interest in connecting technology and business.
• Personality: You are passionate about mobility and enjoy working with customers and partners. You enjoy inspiring others. You value courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness.
• Background: Your strong passion for technology drives you to create innovative customer solutions and develop new business models. You have an above average master's degree or Diplom in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Technology Management or International Sales Management and Technology. An MBA, doctorate or relevant professional experience can provide additional value and help you make a meaningful contribution as a forward looking expert.
• Experience and knowledge: You have at least three months of international experience and practical experience gained through challenging internships, for example in the mobility industry, consulting firms, startups or IT service providers. You have a very good command of German and English.
