Trainee program in purchasing for master's graduates. Over 12–24 months you rotate through different areas in Germany and worldwide, optimize the global supplier network and develop into the next generation of purchasing leaders. Full-time, permanent.

• Optimize the global supplier network and secure innovations
• Rotate through different purchasing areas in Germany and worldwide
• Actively shape purchasing strategies and develop procurement processes further
• Bring digitalization and new tools into purchasing
• Work with international teams, suppliers and your mentor

• Very good (full-time) master's degree, e.g. in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science or a technical field
• Interest in purchasing, supply chain or data
• Enjoyment of negotiations, markets and strategic decisions
• Understanding of how purchasing, production, sales and logistics connect
• Ability to persuade people and build strong relationships
• Strategic thinking and drive to implement things, especially in digitalization
• Curiosity, fast learning and willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent negotiation-level English and German
• At least three months of experience abroad
