• Competence building & enabling: You actively support competence and training management as well as company-wide enabling initiatives for employee development.
• Workshops, moderation & diversity: You assist in the conception, preparation, and conduct of interactive workshops, take on partial moderation, and contribute to diversity activities.
• Projects: You support us in both operational and conceptual tasks and take on smaller projects independently.
• Operational HR support & recruiting: You support core processes of the employee lifecycle – from job posting through applicant management to onboarding and offboarding.
• HR processes & business partnering: You work on the continuous improvement of HR processes and support our HR business partners with arising issues and in cooperation with the works council.
• Contributing ideas: You think along and bring your own impulses to optimize our daily HR processes.

• Studies: Degree in business, social sciences, humanities, psychology, education, or a comparable program – ideally with a focus on HR or labor law.
• Experience: First practical experience in HR or project work is an advantage but not required.
• IT skills: Confident and routine use of common Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Personality: You convince with a communicative, cooperative, and empathetic manner and approach your tasks in a structured, reliable, and proactive way.
• Language skills: Negotiation-level German and very good English skills both written and spoken for our international environment.
