Mandatory Internship in International Human Resources

Mandatory internship in Bosch's international HR team. You actively support the global implementation and coordination of central HR processes. Start from mid-February 2027, duration 6 months (only possible as a mandatory internship per the study regulations). Enrollment at a university is required.

• As part of our international HR team, you actively support the global implementation and coordination of central HR processes. Among other things, you contribute to international talent development initiatives and HR reporting and help continuously improve our HR work.
• You work independently and creatively on varied topics: from designing and running workshops and training measures for our employees, to analyzing strategic employee surveys, to helping shape processes and projects in leadership and organizational development. You can contribute your own ideas and actively help shape things.
• You also experience first-hand the collaboration within our worldwide HR community.
• Last but not least, you use modern digital working methods in our agile team to develop creative solutions. You get a holistic view of all our activities and can contribute fully.

• Education: studies in a field matching our focus area
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office
• Personality and working style: you are a communicative, creative person with an affinity for numbers and team spirit; you work independently and in a structured way; conscientiousness combined with a strong drive sets you apart
• Daily work: your on-site presence is required
• Languages: very good German and English
