Mandatory Internship in Production Planning in Surface Coating

• During your internship, you will design new concepts, layouts and test instructions for production processes and workflows. You will take on projects within series and sample production and support them independently from analysis through implementation to release.
• Furthermore, you will design and implement forward-looking production processes in the area of C-coating of components for diesel common rail systems, precisely coordinating tool availability, plant occupancy and material flow.
• By creating value stream and process analyses, you will identify optimization potentials, derive concrete measures that continuously improve our production, and gain deep insights into production planning and quality management (e.g. 8D methodology).
• You will coordinate activities between production area, development, quality management and production planning to ensure smooth information flow and efficient processes.
• You will be responsible for new parts planning from conception to organization of sample production and support technical process planning, support and improvement in daily business.
• In addition, you will work hand in hand with adjacent departments such as design, development and quality assurance.

• Studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or comparable, at least in the third semester
• Secure handling of MS Office
• You are a committed, proactive team player who works independently and strategically
• Your presence on site is required
• Very good German and English skills
