Compulsory internship in technology development Transfer Molding

Dive into the world of modern manufacturing technologies, work on new products, machines and processes, and gain valuable practical experience in an innovative development environment. Enrollment at a university is a prerequisite for the internship.

• You help develop, introduce and continuously improve new Transfer Molding products.
• You also support the development, planning and procurement of new production equipment and tools.
• Through market analyses you contribute to the further development of machines and tools.
• In cooperation with internal and external partners you take on design tasks for fixtures, tools and test parts.
• You carry out measurements and tests to optimize processes and cycle times in Transfer Molding.
• You also analyze, simulate and optimize production processes for continuous improvement.
• Last but not least, you plan, run and evaluate laboratory tests independently.

• Education: studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics technology, process engineering, production management or similar
• Experience and know-how: good 3D design skills with SolidWorks; confident use of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Personality and working style: you are a conscientious, independent and structured person with strong teamwork and communication skills, open to new things and ready to learn new knowledge independently
• Daily work: your presence on site is required
• Languages: very good German and good English
