• During your internship, you independently assist in supervising our dual students and take on mentor support
• You recruit new talents nationwide, organize and moderate online applicant days, and create training contracts independently
• In planning qualification series and competency management, you work in a team
• Additionally, you contribute to upcoming change management projects and develop communication strategies

• Education: Studies in business administration, human resource management, business psychology, or comparable
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; initial insights through previous internships in HR environment; knowledge in training management or recruiting an advantage
• Personality and work style: you manage to drive topics responsibly and independently, maintain overview, and communicate confidently with different contacts
• Daily work: we offer you the possibility to work hybrid

• Languages: negotiation-proficient German and very good English
