• You take on HR responsibility for the nationwide Bosch Sicherheitssysteme Montage und Service GmbH (STMS) and support employees together with your team throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In doing so, you ensure professional HR support.
• You are a member of the STMS leadership team and advise and support the management and managers on all personnel-related issues.
• You are a trusted contact person for our employees, answer their questions comprehensively, and act as a bridge to the specialized HR functions within the company.
• You contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy for STMS. In addition, you accompany, for example, the redesign of competitive employment conditions to continue growing successfully in a demanding market environment.
• You actively control and shape the conception, optimization, and implementation of forward-looking HR processes. Furthermore, you accompany effective personnel development measures that promote and challenge our talents. This also includes the promotion of development opportunities within the business area and the Bosch Group.
• You maintain a constructive and trusting cooperation with the employee representation and accompany co-determination topics. Additionally, you represent the interests of the subsidiary within the Bosch organization.

• Education: Successfully completed degree with focus on HR, business, social sciences, or law, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience and know-how: You bring long-standing, broad HR expertise as well as several years of leadership experience and have already successfully taken on HR responsibility for organizational units in a corporate environment. Thanks to your comprehensive experience, you advise managers at all levels competently on strategic and operational HR issues. Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law as well as experience in transformation and change processes round off your profile.
• Personality: High advisory competence, persuasiveness, and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders. Furthermore, you enjoy driving change and actively developing organizations.
• Work style: Active shaping of HR topics and processes, professional approach, and sustainable implementation of topics in close cooperation with the HR community and the business. Furthermore, you are willing to undertake business trips.
• Languages: Very good German and good English skills in word and writing.
