Mandatory Internship in Live Marketing Trade Fairs and Events

During your internship you gain experience and work on the conception, organization, and execution of large international trade fairs and specialized fairs. You independently create fair-relevant documents such as handouts, contact lists, or menu cards. Furthermore, you manage service providers (e.g., catering) and support on-site during the execution of internal and external events. Last but not least, you assist the project management for trade fairs in all relevant topics.

• Furthermore, you manage service providers (e.g., catering) and support on-site during the execution of internal and external events.
• Last but not least, you assist the project management for trade fairs in all relevant topics.

• Education: University studies in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Sales, or comparable.
• Experience and know-how: very good PC skills (MS Office, Internet, graphics programs).
• Personality and work style: you are an open and responsible person who works independently and in a structured manner.
• Daily work: your presence on-site is required.
• Languages: negotiation-proficient German and very good English, further foreign languages are a plus.
