Mandatory Internship HR Administration / Personnel Support

Ready to put your theoretical HR knowledge into practice and take on real responsibility from day one? As a full team member, you actively help shape HR work for thousands of employees and lay the foundation for your professional future. Mandatory internship at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH, full-time, fixed-term.

• During your internship you accompany the entire employee lifecycle, from new colleagues joining through ongoing support to their leaving, and get to know all aspects of modern HR work.
• In day-to-day administration you support our HR generalists and become an important point of contact for managers and employees.
• You work independently on interesting HR questions and turn your university knowledge into practical solutions.
• You actively help shape HR processes, question existing workflows and drive your own smaller projects to develop our processes through digitalization, automation and AI.
• Last but not least, you gain insight into statutory, collective-agreement (metal and electrical industry) and company regulations and learn how they are applied in daily work.

• Education: studies in business administration, economics, business law, (business) psychology or comparable
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); first exposure to SAP is a strong plus
• Personality and working style: you work conscientiously and in a structured way, bring strong communication, service orientation and initiative, and meet new challenges with curiosity and flexibility
• Daily work: your presence on site is required
• Enthusiasm: for HR topics and enjoyment of solution-oriented collaboration with many different interfaces
• Languages: fluent German and good English
• A prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university
