• As the central contact person, you maintain contact with planners, energy supply companies (EVUs) and investors to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• You actively act as a networker in the industry, identify planned projects at an early stage and build strategic relationships.
• You work closely with the technical back office, branches, system partnerships and service to develop and implement integrated solutions.
• You independently develop concept ideas for complex plants and systems, create well-founded technology comparisons and present our Buderus system portfolio convincingly.
• You analyze the technical feasibility of heating and climate systems and prepare targeted technical elaborations that delight our customers.
• You represent the Buderus brand confidently at external and internal events, thereby strengthening our market position.

• Education: completed technical degree, state-certified technician or master craftsman or equivalent
• Experience and know-how: sound technical expertise in heating and climate technology; pronounced product and system knowledge; know-how in skillful negotiation of price conditions; confident recognition of economic interrelationships; current market and industry knowledge; comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and subsidies
• Personality and work style: You succeed in convincing customers and achieving corporate goals with confident appearance and pronounced empathy; you work reliably and enjoy communicating to make new contacts; you like to develop continuously and contribute your mediation skills profitably
• Languages: negotiation-proficient German skills in word and writing
