Required Internship in Human Resources / Training and Development

Required internship at Bosch Rexroth in Schweinfurt focused on People & Culture and staff development. You help shape company culture and communication, support workshops and work with plant management. The start date is by agreement; the internship must be required by your degree's study and examination rules.

• During your internship, you support our employee initiative focused on People & Culture and help shape company communication and culture.
• You actively help design, plan, organise and run workshops and ensure they run smoothly.
• You also work closely with plant management and gain insights into a wide range of tasks.

• Studying Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology, Media Communication or a similar subject
• Confident using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); some video editing experience is desirable
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, take initiative, organise tasks efficiently and enjoy varied work
• Attendance on site is required
• Enjoy working independently within a team
• German good enough for business negotiations
• Enrolment at a university and an internship required by your degree's study and examination rules
