Internship in human resources management at Bosch Rexroth AG in Lohr am Main. You support the HR business partners in strategic and operational HR management. Enrollment at a university is required.

• During your internship you broadly support our HR business partners in strategic and operational HR management and actively help shape and implement HR strategies for our departments.
• You support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth start at our company.
• You work closely with our local health manager in planning, organizing and carrying out preventive and operational health measures.
• You gain exciting insights into change and organizational development processes and learn how they are put into practice.
• You are welcome to take on further interesting topics and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our HR work.

• Education: studies in business/social sciences, psychology, business law or similar, with a focus on HR
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office and ideally first experience in HR management
• Personality and working style: you approach tasks in a structured and independent way; you communicate clearly and precisely; you enjoy working in a motivated team and contribute your own ideas
• Daily work: you can work in a hybrid model (at least 60% office presence desired)
• Languages: fluent German and English
• Enrollment at a university
