Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) - Technical Sales with a Focus on Mobile Hydraulics

At Bosch Rexroth, during the trainee program you spend 18–24 months going through different specialist departments in Germany and abroad, tailored to you personally. The target position after the program is a demanding role as a technical sales expert. Full-time, permanent.

• 4–6 assignments, at least one of them abroad: As a trainee at Bosch Rexroth, you make sure our customers are always supplied with optimal mobile hydraulics solutions. You support various sales-related departments, such as field sales and neighboring specialist departments, with your strategic and operational expertise.
• Demanding content with a customer focus: Our customers rely on your advice on innovative mobile hydraulics solutions. As part of the digital transformation, you also work on electronification, electrification and IoT.

• Education: You are completing your Diplom/Master's degree (a doctorate is welcome too) with above-average results in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience and know-how: You enjoy working with customers. You have already discovered this in demanding industrial internships and ideally gained experience in technical sales there.
• Personality and working style: You can inspire people, are committed, want to shape things and show initiative for new topics. You like working in a team, communicate well, and your proactive approach rounds off your profile.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English, spoken and written.
