Wafer Test Sustainer

Full-time, permanent position at Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH. Work in a fully continuous 6:4 shift model: 6 working days (2 early, 2 late, 2 night shifts) are followed by 4 days off.

• Ensuring production availability and on-time processing of lots at wafer test systems
• Processing lots (incl. special lots), supporting engineering tasks and equipment planning by priority
• Simple troubleshooting, root cause analysis and documentation for lot and process problems (lot management, hold material handling, handling instructions)
• Active participation in continuous improvement, detailed documentation of relevant events and shift handovers
• Close coordination and cooperation in the team, with internal departments, line control and external service partners to solve equipment and process problems

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. microtechnologist); a technician or master qualification is an advantage
• First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the semiconductor industry or a highly automated production environment
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and process control is desirable
• Routine use of common IT applications for documentation and communication
• Good team player, flexible, motivated, resilient and responsible
• Independent, self-reliant, committed, solution-oriented and reliable
• Good German and English skills
