PreMaster Program: Management Assistant in FC, Focus on Controlling

Bosch's two-stage PreMaster program is for bachelor's graduates who plan to pursue a master's degree. The first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience during a gap year. The second combines master's studies with student employment and personal mentoring. This full-time, fixed-term role in Leonberg involves assessing cost-saving measures financially and working with international teams.

• Monitor the business and financial aspects of cost-saving measures proposed by the team
• Assess progress by analyzing expected results and the commercial status of the changes
• Work with teams in Germany, Hungary, Romania, the USA, India and Mexico, and coordinate closely with controlling, purchasing, sales and other Bosch units
• Provide financial information for management decisions and project oversight, particularly when preparing monthly management reports with the controlling team

• Education: You must have completed a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Management, Computer Science or Economics with results well above average and firmly intend to pursue a master's degree afterward.
• Experience and knowledge: Ideally, you have a background in data analysis, planning and forecasting. Project management experience is an advantage. You also have very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Qualifications: You are well organized, team oriented, communicative and internationally minded.
• Languages: C1 English is required; B1 German is an advantage.
