Dual Master's (M.A.) in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is looking for someone for a dual master's in HR management starting 01.03.2027. You will get to know the foundation's HR area as a whole and actively contribute. Theory is taught at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University – Center for Advanced Studies, and you gain practical experience at the foundation. The position is limited to two years for the length of the studies. The place of work is Stuttgart.

• Independently looking after interns and working students across the whole employee lifecycle and acting as the main contact for administrative and organizational questions
• Helping organize development measures for employees and managers, communicating training offers internally and coordinating with external providers
• Fully organizing and supporting the two-day induction seminar for new employees, from planning to evaluation
• Supporting the HR business partners in daily operations and HR questions, and actively contributing to cross-team HR projects, including optimizing and digitalizing HR processes

• Good bachelor's degree (or comparable degree) in economics or a related field
• At least one year of relevant HR work experience after the first university degree
• High commitment, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Initiative, drive to shape things and strong organizational skills
• Interest in foundation work and social topics
• Fluent German and good English
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and AI applications
