Senior Process Engineer Wafer Test - Focus on Prober & Test Technology

Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH is looking for a Senior Process Engineer for wafer test in Dresden. You are responsible for ensuring, optimizing and further developing wafer-level test processes, focusing on probers and test technology. Full-time, permanent.

• Ensure, optimize and further develop wafer-level test processes, and support, qualify and develop wafer test probers and test technology (probe cards)
• Take process responsibility for wafer test processes including stability monitoring, yield analyses and continuous improvement
• Provide technical support for probers, their automation and interfaces, and define test technology parameters
• Troubleshoot test and contacting problems incl. root cause analyses, introduce new products and technologies and create setups
• Work closely with production, equipment engineering, test development and quality teams
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions, support investment decisions and capacity planning

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, physics, mechatronics or a comparable technical field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor testing, ideally in wafer test, probers or test technology
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology, test methodology, contacting and electrical measurement methods
• Strong understanding of technical relationships, ideally experience with data analysis tools
• Team player, resilient, strong communicator, very good organizational and problem-solving skills and strong quality awareness
• Very good German and good English, spoken and written
