Internship in eBike ABS Validation at Bosch eBike Systems

• As part of the development of our eBike anti-lock braking system (ABS), you support the team in planning, conducting, and evaluating development and validation tests
• During your internship, you build test benches, measurement and data acquisition systems, and independently commission ABS control units and sensors
• You independently conduct laboratory, test bench, and vehicle tests in the exciting development environment of the Bosch eBike ABS
• Furthermore, you analyze and plausibilize the obtained measurement data and actively support systematic fault and root cause analysis
• The creation of technical reports and the professional preparation of test results for development and project teams is also part of your responsibilities
• Last but not least, you take over the organization, administration, and documentation of ABS control units and the tracking of software versions

• Education: University studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or comparable with very good academic performance
• Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; first experience with measurement and analysis tools an advantage
• Personality and work style: you are a willing-to-learn, committed team player who works independently, structured, and responsibly
• Daily work: predominantly office work (80%), partially mobile work possible
• Enthusiasm: for eBikes and chassis control systems like ABS as well as for experimental and development work in a technical environment
• Languages: fluent German and English
• Prerequisite for the internship is enrollment at a university
