Enterprise Architect

As an experienced, strategic Enterprise Architect, you drive the architecture practice and digital strategy at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH and ensure effective integration of IT solutions across the company.

• Design tailored architecture using frameworks such as TOGAF/SAFe for large projects
• Drive architectural decisions for new solution building blocks, including Requests for Decisions
• Develop architecture practices and present the architecture to stakeholders
• Prepare and present architectural decisions to the Architecture Board and leadership team
• Responsibility for architecture governance in ART 2 including worldwide rollout
• Create architecture viewpoints and coach colleagues
• Work closely with the central architecture team and develop capability maps and roadmaps
• Take on the MDF role for application architecture
• Manage the global service provider for the IT owner community of Bosch Building Technologies
• Contribute expertise to PMI projects, e.g. through gap analyses

• Education: Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience and know-how: Many years of deep experience in enterprise architecture and IT strategy, solid SAP knowledge, experience with architecture decisions, TOGAF and LeanIX an advantage, experience with post-merger integrations and gap analyses.
• Personality and working style: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, team-oriented working style, excellent communication skills, experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent German and English
