Field Service Technician Resistance Spot Welding, Welding Technology Focus Welding Process

As a Field Service Technician in the area of resistance spot welding (f/m/div.), you will carry out worldwide service assignments for all Bosch Rexroth products, with the focus of your work on the welding process. You advise our customers on optimizing their systems, for example in spatter reduction, parameterization, or controller (re-)commissioning. The focus here is on resistance spot welding for the automotive, projection welding, micro welding, and general market sectors.

Worldwide service assignments for all Bosch Rexroth products with a focus on welding processes, advising customers on system optimization (spatter reduction, parameterization, controller (re-)commissioning), carrying out commissioning for internal and external customers, troubleshooting of running systems in the field, programming of welding controllers, coordination and execution of field campaigns, planning and conducting customer and process training (in-house and external), organizing and leading workshops for customers and national subsidiaries, telephone support for customers and the global service center

Completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or comparable, several years of professional experience in application, resistance spot welding with a focus on welding process, preferably in the automotive industry, possession of a class B driver's license, willingness to travel internationally, very good German and English, high customer orientation and confident appearance with customers, decisive action, high assertiveness, independent, focused, and results-oriented work, communication skills and resilience
