Working Student Digital Process Transformation

Working student position in RÖDL's Digital Process Transformation team in Nuremberg. You support the Business Process & Change Management team and help drive progress together with the team.

• Support the Business Process & Change Management team in day-to-day business within the Digital Process Transformation department
• Help with the maintenance and further development of our internal process database (Celonis Process Designer), including analysis, modeling and optimization of internal business processes
• Support in evaluating new technologies for process optimization as well as in selecting, assessing and introducing suitable solutions
• Help with the further development and international rollout of our intranet
• Work on international change management projects supporting transformation and change initiatives

• Ongoing studies in economics, (business) informatics, project management or a comparable degree program
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal initiative
• Enjoyment of working with people and strong service orientation in internal customer contact
• Enthusiasm for transformation, innovation and creative problem solving
• Interest in communication, knowledge management and presenting complex content in an understandable way
• Confident use of the MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• First knowledge of process management methods (BPMN 2.0) and tools is desirable
