We shape our Mergers & Acquisitions practice with passion and foresight, supported by the targeted use of modern AI-based solutions. Join our M&A team and guide companies through transactions, strategic decisions and mergers.

• Contribute to national and international M&A transactions on the sell-side and buy-side across the entire transaction process
• Prepare transaction-related documents, especially teasers, information memoranda, pitch materials and management presentations and other documents
• Build financial models, carry out company valuations and analyze markets, business models, companies and competitors
• Support due diligence processes, set up and manage virtual data rooms and coordinate Q&A processes
• Support business development activities, especially industry and investor screenings, financial analyses and pitch and marketing materials
• Work directly with partners and experienced colleagues on ongoing mandates

• Above-average completed degree in economics or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on finance
• First relevant practical experience through internships in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• High motivation, resilience and a professional manner
• Independent, structured and careful way of working and high quality standards
• Strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for forward-looking AI and digitalization solutions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
