Skilled Returns Processing Specialist for Spare Parts Service

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking an experienced specialist to handle returns in its spare parts service in Teisnach. This is a permanent, full-time position.

• Resolve international complaints, shipping queries and shipment tracking issues
• Handle correspondence and resolve queries worldwide in English
• Process return orders and incoming goods
• Prioritize returns processing, including clarifying responsibilities
• Make order adjustments independently
• Arrange scrapping at your own discretion, including the relevant system postings
• Commission spare parts repairs at the plants
• Independently maintain and correct equipment and master data in SAP and POP
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Prepare reports and analyses
• Record return deliveries

• Completed vocational training in industrial business administration, office administration or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in logistics
• Very good written English
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
• An independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
