Requirements Manager

Schönhofer Sales and Engineering, a Rohde & Schwarz subsidiary, develops systems and software for government agencies and public-sector clients. As Requirements Manager, you organise requirements, architectures and interfaces from analysis through project implementation. This is a permanent, full-time position.

• Carry out requirements analysis and management using DOORS and JAMA.
• Model and maintain system architectures using Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA).
• Develop and visualise system workflows to improve processes and procedures.
• Apply and implement NATO Architectural Framework (NAF) version 4.0 to describe architectures consistently.
• Develop, negotiate and maintain Technical Agreements documenting interfaces, including their implementation and tracking throughout the project.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or another STEM field.
• Experience in requirements engineering and operating complex data platforms.
• Proficiency in DOORS, JAMA and Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) for modelling and managing complex systems.
• A thorough understanding of the NATO Architectural Framework (NAF) 4.0 and its use in projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills to connect technical teams, management and customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English and native-level German.
