Rust Fullstack Developer for Naval Spectrum Monitoring

• As part of an agile development team, you develop modern, robust, scalable software in Rust and Angular that gives our products reliable performance and high availability.
• You implement new functionality according to business logic and data modeling and carry out architectural changes and data flow optimizations.
• Through code reviews, test driven development, refactoring and complete documentation, you ensure code quality, maintainability and stability.
• You have a track record of successfully migrating legacy C++ monoliths to containerized (Kubernetes) services in Rust.
• You cooperate with product owners, architects and other development teams to understand customer needs and turn them into a software solution.

• You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and want to create software with real impact.
• You are so familiar with software development in Angular and Rust that you actively support the team through pairing in learning coding styles, clean architecture and design patterns.
• At the same time, you feel sufficiently comfortable in C++ environments and know common database systems (PostgreSQL).
• You have experience with middleware and find targeted solutions by integrating software development libraries.
• Besides being solution-oriented, you have a team-oriented, self-responsible and agile mindset.
• Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written, round off your profile.
