SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant / SAP SuccessFactors IT Specialist (HCM Suite)

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors specialist, ideally with an IT background, to strengthen our global IT team (Leipzig, Munich, Singapore), where together with the HR department we continuously develop our HR systems and solutions in a hybrid landscape (H4S4 + SuccessFactors).

• You support and further develop the SuccessFactors modules Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting.
• You take on (sub-)project management of technical transformation projects for introducing future modules, for example Career & Talent Development, Employee Central and later EC Time Management & EC Payroll.
• You design and implement interfaces to SAP H4S4, external systems and cloud solutions via REST, OData and SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• You work closely with HR departments, key users and IT teams, advise them, run requirements analyses and workshops, develop solution concepts and handle communication.
• You commission and manage external service providers for consulting and implementation support.
• You provide 2nd-level support for our HR Technical Services

• You have several years of experience (at least three years) in the SAP HCM environment and with SAP SuccessFactors.
• You have a completed university degree in business informatics or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have long work experience in which you have gained the necessary knowledge.
• You have already worked on implementation projects for SuccessFactors modules; experience with Employee Central and Career & Talent Development is an advantage.
• You have successfully carried out integration projects.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and can work effectively with the HR department.
• You enjoy international collaboration and have the English skills needed for it.
• You have experience in supplier management in IT projects.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM/H4S4 (HR Core) is an advantage.
