Technical Product Owner System Team

Our Developer Platform Engineering Team (System Team) provides a standardized, automated and reliable development platform. This enables product teams to develop, test, deliver and operate software securely, efficiently and reproducibly. The platform reduces effort for recurring tasks and allows teams to focus on customer value. The internal development tools are organizationally separated from the customer platform - you work on the infrastructure our developers use, not on the customer product platform.

• You shape the product vision, prioritization and continuous improvement of our developer platform from the CI/CD pipeline to the container registry as an interface between product teams, development and operations.
• You define the roadmap for the development platform and align it with corporate goals.
• You maintain and prioritize the backlog including technical enablers and technical debt.
• You measure the success of the platform using metrics such as lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR and developer satisfaction.
• You work closely with platform engineers, architects and internal developer teams and translate their needs into concrete requirements.
• You moderate sprint planning, refinement and review with the platform team and define acceptance criteria.

• You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and want to design software with real impact.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the area of Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD or internal developer tools.
• You have a solid understanding of software development processes such as Git, CI/CD, containers and cloud-native development as well as experience with backlog management and agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• You convince through stakeholder management in technically complex environments and the ability to formulate technical concepts understandably for developers and to argue them in a benefit-oriented way for management.
• You are characterized by communication skills, problem-solving ability, an agile mindset and structured work.
• Very good German skills and good English skills in word and writing round off your profile.
