Welcome to Rossmann! This apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) / Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d) for 2026 takes place in Bad Salzuflen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The apprenticeship starts on 15 August 2026 and lasts 2 years. Monthly apprenticeship pay starts at €1,090 in the first year and rises to €1,270 in the final year. • On the sales floor: Have you discovered a gap on the shelf? Is a shower gel standing between the muesli? You are attentive and help out everywhere – whether it's stocking shelves or rearranging the make-up counter. An iPod helps you always keep track of our goods in the warehouse.
• In consulting: Whether it's health products or perfume: You learn to advise our customers competently and friendly. This way, you are a great help to them.
• At the checkout: You scan the goods, ask about the ROSSMANN app, and say goodbye to our customers. This way, you ensure that they leave the store satisfied.
