Welcome to Rossmann! This apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) / Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d) for 2026 takes place in Bad Urach, Baden-Württemberg. The apprenticeship starts on 15 August 2026. Monthly apprenticeship pay is at least €1,090. Start your career in retail and develop valuable skills for your professional future.

• On the shop floor: Have you spotted a gap on a shelf? Is there shower gel among the cereal? You stay alert and lend a hand wherever needed, whether stocking shelves or rearranging the makeup counter. An iPod helps you keep track of our stock in the warehouse.
• Advising customers: Whether it is health products or perfume, you learn to give our customers knowledgeable, friendly advice. This makes you a great help to them.
• At the checkout: You scan items, ask customers about the ROSSMANN app and say goodbye. You help ensure they leave the store satisfied.

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent position if you perform well. You can advance your career with us and perhaps even manage your own branch one day!
