About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Leverkusen, Heinrich-von-Stephan-Str. 4. Learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail management apprenticeship lasts three years. Pay in the first training year is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, display products well and create a shopping experience customers enjoy
- At the checkout: Serve customers quickly, stay organized and keep the checkout running smoothly
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand individual customer needs and find suitable products
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues, listen and manage daily store tasks together
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can comfortably work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer needs
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills, with opportunities to progress here!
