Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club in Bielefeld. You learn to organize retail processes, help shape the day in the store and be there for customers. With good performance, you are taken on into a permanent employment relationship after training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly.
• In consulting: You recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily lives perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
