About this Apprenticeship

Our corporate headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover – here around 3,000 employees work with full commitment to shape the future of ROSSMANN. A lamp in a store no longer works or the air conditioning is defective? No problem, we in the Building Administration team are the central reporting point for that! Whether only a fluorescent tube needs to be replaced or the entrance door jams, we record everything and take care of craftsmen. In doing so, we go to work daily with motivation and passion so that operations in our stores function smoothly again as quickly as possible. The position is initially limited to 24 months.

What You'll Learn

As part of our team you control the building services providers for our store operations, record technical faults from the stores and are responsible for fault localization and first aid for fault rectification.
In this context you directly recognize the technical interrelationships and determine the corresponding responsibilities based on technical and contractual documents.
You also commission craftsmen and monitor the agreed service levels.
As an organizational talent you always keep an overview: you track appointments, coordinate local work up to invoicing and record and maintain master and process data for the technical building equipment.
You are also responsible for controlling framework contracts as well as invoice verification and cost allocation.
You notice optimization potential for processes, workflows or contracts? Great, then you discuss these with your team and implement them independently.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with a technical background, a technical or craft apprenticeship, or a degree in Facility Management and bring several years of experience in managing building services providers.
Through your previous activities or additional training you have acquired a pronounced technical understanding and are motivated to develop this further.
You have the right touch in dealing with our internal customers and external service providers and are characterized by your assertive and service-oriented communication.
Independent, solution-oriented, proactive and motivated – if these terms describe you and your way of working, you fit well into our team.
Basic knowledge of a CAFM system is also desirable.
In the digital world you feel at home, work confidently with tools such as Copilot, TEAMS and SharePoint and actively drive new digital solutions in everyday work.
You are keen to contribute your own ideas and help shape processes? You also have a good understanding of numbers? Then we should get to know each other!
