• As an editor / reporter (m/f/d) you are part of our local editorial content team – close to the region and the people on site.
• You find relevant topics beyond the obvious and tell stories with journalistic instinct.
• You have a critical eye on events and a feel for your target audience's interests.
• You let news factors guide your reporting and keep relevant metrics in view.
• You work digitally and, with your content, ensure a growing number of users of our digital news portals.
• You are not shy in front of or behind the camera, appear confidently on video, produce your own pieces and actively bring your video affinity into editorial work.

• You have a completed traineeship or journalistic experience from professional freelance work in local journalism.
• You can not only write and photograph, but ideally also bring video experience.
• You see more difficult topics and complex issues as an exciting challenge.
• You approach new challenges with a hands-on mentality and are a team player.
• You see digital transformation as progress and want to help shape the future of local journalism.
