Previous journalism experience gained through internships and freelance work; a completed university degree or vocational qualification; an interest in local topics and in the people and stories on site; an interest in current political and social affairs; enthusiasm for working with digital media; mobility with a driving licence and flexibility regarding temporarily changing work locations.
