Support the expansion and maintenance of global customer relationships through telephone customer care. Creation and follow-up of quotations and orders. Telephone support of field service in daily business. Participation in new customer acquisition to further develop the sales territory. Ensuring professional customer communication in internal sales.

Successfully completed commercial or technical training. Professional experience in internal sales, ideally in a technically oriented environment. Strong customer orientation and professional dealing with business partners. Confident conduct in telephone sales and advisory conversations. Good MS Office skills, English skills an advantage.
