Obtaining freight cost quotes; Creating reports and performing freight cost calculations; Registering shipments with the freight forwarder and tracking them; Maintaining all freight data to determine freight costs; Creating all required export documents for shipments outside the standard process; Organizing imports and customs declarations for import shipments; Participating in projects (SAP) and analyses for management

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or comparable qualification; Some professional experience in transportation/freight management (desirable); Existing knowledge of SAP TM / LE-Tra and GTS (desirable); Good command of common MS Office programs; Strong team spirit and ability to integrate well into a team; Good English skills
