Specialist for Corporate Clients Composite Insurance Sales Agencies

Become part of our general agency in the Lower Saxony region, Oldenburg district, Ammerland district / at the Wardenburg location!

• As a composite specialist, you are the expert and support the general agencies on site in advising and selling R+V composite insurance in the corporate client sector.
• With technical and sales competence, you correctly assess the situation and risk position of customers and advise in personal and digital form as needed.
• You share your knowledge through consultations and coaching of sales partners and agency employees and find joint solutions for complex advisory topics.
• In close coordination with sales partners, you advise and accompany effective measures that lead to increased sales success of the agencies.

• Completed insurance-specific vocational training and/or a successfully completed degree in insurance
• Very good product and market knowledge in corporate composite business
• Several years of experience in corporate client business
• Training and presentation skills, ideally coaching qualification
• Goal-oriented and empathetic team player
• High level of self-motivation and independent work organization
• Confident demeanor and communication skills
• Use of digital advisory tools
