Specialist for Pension Insurance Sales Agencies

Become part of our general agency in the Lower Saxony region, districts of Oldenburg and Ammerland / at the Wardenburg location!

• As a pension specialist, you are the expert and support the local general agency in advising and selling R+V pension products in the private and corporate customer sector.
• With technical and sales competence, you correctly assess the customer's situation and risk profile and advise in personal and digital form as needed.
• You share your knowledge through consultations and coaching of sales partners and agency employees and jointly find solutions for complex advisory topics.
• In close coordination with sales partners, you advise and accompany effective measures that lead to increased sales success of the agencies.

• Completed insurance-specific vocational training and/or a successfully completed degree in insurance business
• Very good product and market knowledge around the pension business
• Several years of experience in the corporate customer sector
• Training and presentation skills, ideally coaching qualification
• Determined and empathetic team player
• High level of self-motivation and independent work organization
• Confident demeanor and communication skills
• Use of digital advisory tools
